About Me

I’m Jake Macauley, a video producer based in Austin, Texas. I work primarily as a solo operator on corporate, event, and branded productions, and scale up with trusted crew when projects require it. I collaborate closely with brands, agencies, and in-house teams to create video content that’s clear, purposeful, and built to last.

My work spans everything from documenting live events and capturing product-driven content to producing short-form social and longer-form brand pieces. Whether the goal is to tell a story, support a campaign, or capture a moment as it unfolds, I handle projects from planning through post-production with an emphasis on reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Over the past decade, I’ve produced video across a wide range of industries, including sports, music, real estate, hospitality, and corporate events. That range has shaped how I approach each project—adapting quickly, understanding client needs, and delivering content that fits seamlessly into larger campaigns or existing brand systems.

I also bring extensive experience producing video for collegiate and professional golf and football, where tight timelines, high expectations, and coordination with large organizations are the norm. That background has influenced how I work on every shoot, regardless of scale.
